Position: Salesforce Technical Architect / Lead Developer
Location : Remote
Key Skills
Salesforce Core Deep LWC (Lightning Web Components)
experience — non‑negotiable Strong Apex (custom logic, async processing, governor limits)
Salesforce data modeling (custom objects, relationships, SOQL optimization)
Experience building custom applications beyond standard Salesforce clouds Strong understanding of Salesforce security model (profiles, permission sets, sharing rules)
Experience with headless/custom UI on Salesforce platform UI / Frontend Strong JavaScript fundamentals (not just LWC syntax)
Ability to translate Angular concepts into LWC equivalents Understanding of component‑driven architecture CSS, SLDS, and SLDS2 (Salesforce Cosmos)
Knowledge of state management patterns in LWC Technical Leadership Code review experience Ability to define coding standards and architectural patterns
Experience mentoring junior and mid‑level developers Comfortable collaborating with and presenting to senior architects
Nice to Have
Experience migrating or porting Angular/React apps to LWC
Experience with Salesforce CLI, scratch orgs, and SFDX project structure
Experience building custom Lightning App Builder pages/components
