Qualifications: o Bachelor or Master in Computer Science and/or equivalent technical education and experience. o 10+ years of experience designing and developing highly scalable and secure Pega Applications, Healthcare, and/or Customer Service capability experience is a plus. o Experience with developing and deploying Pega applications on Azure or similar cloud platform o Must be a certified PEGA Senior Systems Architect. Lead System Architect is a BIG plus. o Must be strong in Pega platform Case Management, Data Management & Integration, Decision Management, User Experience, Background Processing, Security & Systems Administration. o Ability to understand business plans and apply that information to the development of an IT business case. o Anticipates problems, resistance, or likely objections and takes action to resolve them o Ability to, guide, train, and mentor associate engineers o Proficient in organizational processes as well as capable of assessing and initiating a change in such processes. o Experience integrating legacy systems with the Pega Platform o Experience with Root Cause Analysis in the Pega ecosystem to quickly address and fix system issues o Ability to integrate with external systems of record with the Pega Platform o Ability to understand an existing business process and collaboratively develop a more efficient and automated workflow o Strong communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills o Knowledge of agile development methodologies o Ability to develop and maintain key vendor relationships with a focus on technology currency and best practices o Life-long learner, process improver o Skilled in developing quantitative cost/benefit analysis to measure improvement REQUIRED SKILLS: o 10+ years of experience designing and developing highly scalable and secure Pega Applications, Healthcare, and/or Customer Service capability experience is a plus. o Experience with developing and deploying Pega applications on Azure or similar cloud platform o Must be a certified PEGA Senior Systems Architect.
