What You'll Do:
About the Team

The Engineering & Product organization at CoreWeave is responsible for building and scaling the next-generation public cloud for accelerated workloads. This fast-moving, highly technical group partners closely with leaders across the company to deliver reliable, high-performance infrastructure for AI/ML and other GPU-intensive use cases.
About the Role:

The Executive Assistant will support the SVP of Engineering, managing day-to-day operations to ensure alignment with strategic priorities. This role is responsible for complex calendar management across multiple time zones, travel coordination, expense management, and supporting key meetings and events. The position also contributes to tracking deliverables and driving execution on operational tasks. Additionally, this role partners with the broader EA team to improve processes and enhance administrative support across the organization.
Who You Are:
  • 3-5+ years of experience supporting Senior Director- or VP-level executives
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex calendars across multiple time zones
  • Proven experience coordinating domestic and international travel and expense reporting
  • Experience planning and executing meetings, all-hands, or offsite events
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Calendar, Docs, Sheets), Slack, and Microsoft Office
  • Experience tracking projects, deliverables, and follow-ups to completion
  • Demonstrated experience preparing and editing documents for executive-level audiences
  • Experience improving or implementing administrative or operational processes
Preferred:
  • Experience supporting engineering, product, or other technical organizations
  • Experience working in a high-growth or scaling company
  • Prior experience mentoring or onboarding Executive Assistants or administrative staff

The base salary range for this role is $98,000 to $143,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).

Our Workplace

While we prioritize a hybrid work environment, remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office, based on role requirements for specialized skill sets. New hires will be invited to attend onboarding at one of our hubs within their first month. Teams also gather quarterly to support collaboration.
