Summary

Job Description – IT Helpdesk Support (Level 1 / Level 2)

We are seeking an experienced IT Helpdesk Support professional to provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to employees at Ursa Major. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience (5–10 years preferred) supporting end users in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide Level 1 and Level 2 helpdesk support to end users.
Manage and track support tickets using JIRA.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and general IT issues.
Support specialized tools and applications used within the organization.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues efficiently.

Additional Requirements:

Experience with specialized tools such as CNC machines, 3D printers, or similar technologies is a plus.
Candidates are not required to know all specialized tools, but must be comfortable learning new systems and working with guidance from the existing team.
Strong troubleshooting skills and willingness to learn new technologies.
