Program Manager, you will be responsible for delivering large and complicated projects for this enterprise organization. This role is very broad in its responsibilities. You will engage with extensive stakeholders and strategic partners to define scope and requirements, manage communications and reporting, ensure timely escalations, deliverables and go-to Market plans. Bringing these cross functional squads together will create a collaborative, innovative, and high-performing team, and is critical to our success as an organization.

What You'll Do: Track and document dependencies across people, process, tolls, and data
Partner with program leads to resolve critical path issues, questions, and ambiguities.
Facilitate project gates and decisions to drive scope forward, and align to program schedule.
Identify cross-functional risks and develop resolution plans; and highlight critical resource gaps and create mitigation strategies.
Deliver status reports, facilitate week program management cadences, and act as primary liaison between central team and cross functional stakeholders.
Typical Education/Certificates/Experience- Bachelor's degree in Technology, Business, or a related field; 2 years additional relevant professional experience in lieu of a degree
- 7+ years professional experience with at least 5 years in program management
- Experience with Agile and SAFe methodologies; Scrum Master certification a plus
- Strong influencing skills and ability to interact with senior management
- Proactive desire to own and drive projects forward through measurable process, planning, and team engagement
- Experience delivering large complex projects and programs
- Experience with business process improvement methods (e.g., Lean) is preferred
- Advanced Project Management experience developing and managing WBS, schedules, scope, budgets, resource plans, issues, risks and change requests
- PMP certification or training a plus
- Comfortable working independently in a very fast-paced, results-oriented environment
- PMP certification or training is a plus
