Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Software Developers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
Develop, customize, and maintain software applications using Corticon to meet business requirements and improve application functionality and performance.
Support SCA build tooling program management, including build process coordination, tooling integration, and software composition analysis activities.
Implement and maintain SBOM tooling solutions using Syft, Anchore, and CycloneDX to support software component identification, inventory, and supply chain transparency.
Analyze application and database requirements, troubleshoot software and integration issues, and coordinate with stakeholders to deliver reliable solutions.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience:
6–9 years of experience with Corticon development.
Experience supporting SCA build tooling, software composition analysis, and SBOM generation and management.
Experience with application development, database design, software integrations, troubleshooting, testing, and maintenance.

Business / Domain Skills:

Experience supporting software supply chain security, software component inventory, dependency transparency, and application compliance processes.
Experience coordinating build and release activities, technical implementation, and cross-functional delivery within enterprise software development environments.
Communication:
Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.
Documentation:
Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.
Work Authorization:
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.
