Role: EDI-Programmer/Systems Analyst
Location: Richmond, Virginia (Hybrid)
Duration: 3+ Months Contract

Required / Desired Skills:
Work closely with Business and Technical teams to understand requirements, design elements, and changes impacting the MMIS and MES modules.
Analyze data structures, provide guidance on data mapping.
Understanding of interface workflows, file transfers (SFTP/HTTPS), and system integration points.
Coordinate, direct, and execute Interface testing, Trading Partner Testing and End-to-End Testing across multiple systems and vendors.
Develop test plans and test cases and work closely with DMAS external vendors to set up and execute interface testing, Trading Partner Testing and End
Strong communication skills, with the ability to report progress, summarize test outcomes, and interact effectively with diverse stakeholder groups.
Ability to manage deadlines, maintain organization, and work independently with minimal supervision
Monitor schedules, track execution progress, and communicate risks or issues promptly.
Perform Interface Testing and verify integration behaviors across file transfers and system handoffs.
Lead defect triage calls involving multiple vendors and ensure defects are tracked to closure efficiently.
Perform Interface Testing and verify integration behaviors across file transfers
Prepare and deliver test results, execution metrics, and summary reports to DMAS Leadership.
Good understanding of EDI transactions
Responsibilities:

The position will review configurations and coding developed for managing the exchanges between various MES Modules Trading Partners.
Understanding of interface workflows, file transfers (SFTP/HTTPS), and system integration points.
The Analyst will develop test plans and test cases and work closely with DMAS external vendors to set up and execute interface testing, Trading Partner Testing and End to End Testing activities.
Coordinate, direct, and execute Interface testing, Trading Partner Testing and End-to-End Testing across multiple systems and vendors.
Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test data to validate software changes.
Monitor schedules, track execution progress, and communicate risks or issues promptly.
