Description
Located in Sugar Land, TX, this full-time position involves bridging business needs with development teams to create scalable and secure solutions. 
The role requires expertise in turning requirements into architectures, building prototypes, and integrating AI-driven automation. 
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in modern technology stacks and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
Capture and document business requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
Develop and prototype solutions, demonstrating value and providing a foundation for developers.
Design AI-enabled solutions to automate processes and improve efficiency.
Guide developers through delivery, removing technical blockers and reviewing designs.
Evaluate and recommend approaches that balance cost, risk, and maintainability.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
8 years of professional IT experience, including 5 years in a senior technical role.
Deep, hands-on skills with modern technology stacks, sufficient to build solutions independently.
Experience integrating AI models into applications and workflows.
Proven ability to document business requirements and translate them into technical designs.
