Need experienced Agile Business Analyst (BA) with a strong background in the insurance industry.
The Agile BA will act as the bridge between business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to ensure delivery of customer-focused insurance solutions.
Need experience working in an agile environment as well.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to understand and document business needs, processes, and requirements.
Elicit and document user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria aligned with agile principles.
Facilitate backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospective sessions to ensure clarity and prioritization of work.
Partner with underwriting, claims, policy administration, and billing teams to streamline processes and implement digital solutions.
Analyze and improve insurance workflows (e.g., policy issuance, claims management, renewals, endorsements, compliance).
Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) by developing test scenarios and ensuring requirements traceability.
Maintain alignment between business goals and technical solutions, ensuring regulatory compliance and data accuracy.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives and identify opportunities for automation or digital enhancement.
Work closely with QA, developers, and solution architects to ensure successful feature delivery
