As a Manufacturing Operator Technician you will: - Hands-on mindset and approach, multi-tasking, strong verbal and written communication, daily equipment maintenance, technical support.
- Relevant experience in sandblasting or a similar field, ability to analyze and troubleshoot basic issues, handling and managing hazardous chemical disposal.
- Computer skills monitoring and logging data, basic understanding of chemistry and physics principles, must be able to wear proper PPE.
- Conduct thorough inspections, monitor yield rates, relevant experience in thin film cleaning or a similar field, attention to detail.
- Retrieving proper designs according to set schedule, operate characterization/test equipment, evaluate design requirements and prepare evaporation materials, use calibration equipment.

Pay Range: $20.00/hr. - $23.00/hr. (Based on Job Title and Shift)
2 nd Shift - 10% Shift Differential, 3 rd Shift - 15% Shift Differential Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
