Required Qualifications

8+ years of QAD Mfg/Pro functional experience, including implementation, upgrade, and/or production support.
Strong QAD AMS/Application Support experience, including incident, problem, change, defect, release, and SLA management.
Strong expertise in:

Order Management & Fulfillment
HCP/Customer Order Processing
Shipment & 3PL Coordination
Inventory Management
Manufacturing & MRP
Quality Management
Lot/Serial Traceability
Invoicing & Accounts Receivable
Finance/Accounting
Supply Chain

Hands-on experience with Dell Boomi integration, preferably integrating QAD with 3PL/WMS and other enterprise applications.
Understanding of Boomi processes, mappings, transformations, APIs, EDI, error handling, and monitoring.
Strong understanding of end-to-end Order-to-Cash, Plan-to-Produce, and Inventory-to-Finance processes.
Experience with QAD-to-3PL/WMS integrations and EDI/API-based interfaces.
Experience in pharmaceutical, life sciences, medical device, healthcare products, or other regulated manufacturing environments strongly preferred.
Excellent functional analysis, solution design, troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and work effectively with business, IT, integration, and external 3PL teams.
