UnityPoint are seeking a Senior Epic Professional Billing & Claims Analyst consultant to provide remote support for tickets and project-based work during an active implementation and post-go-live period. This role will help maintain continuity across billing operations, support issue resolution, and assist with ongoing system improvements.

Key Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day support for billing-related tickets and production issues
Support Epic PB implementation and go-live activities
Work across:

Charge Router workflows
Claims processing, remittance, and payments

Assist with project-based work and system optimization
Support Epic upgrades (including Nova Notes)
Provide guidance and light mentoring to team members as needed

Required Qualifications (Must-Haves)

Epic Professional Billing (PB) certification
Recent experience supporting Epic PB environments (implementation and/or production support)
Strong hands-on expertise in:

Charge Router
Claims, remittance, and payment workflows

Proven ability to handle tickets and troubleshoot billing issues independently

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with rural health billing / critical access (Method 2)
Prior go-live or post-go-live stabilization experience
Exposure to Epic upgrades (Nova Notes)
