  • The EDGE Team is seeking a Senior IT Business Analyst to help drive clarity, alignment, and execution across complex initiatives that span business and technology.
  • This role is ideal for a seasoned analyst who can own requirements end to end, act as a trusted liaison between business and IT, and apply technical acumen to document system interactions, data flows, and solution designs.
About the EDGE Team:
  • The EDGE Team partners closely with business and technology stakeholders to deliver scalable, high impact solutions that support client's Fleet Management strategic objectives.
  • Client operates in a fast-paced environment, working across multiple integrated systems and teams to drive modernization, integration, and continuous improvement.
  • As a Senior Business Analyst on EDGE, candidates will play a key role in shaping solutions from concept through delivery while ensuring business needs are accurately captured, understood, and implemented.
Role Summary:
  • As a Senior IT Business Analyst, candidates will be responsible for developing, interpreting, validating, documenting, and maintaining both business and technical requirements.
  • Candidates will work across all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including discovery, analysis, design, development, testing, and post implementation support.
  • Candidates will serve as the primary interface between business stakeholders and IT delivery teams, ensuring shared understanding and successful outcomes.
  • Candidates will collaborate cross-functionally with software engineers, QA, and business sponsors from multiple departments.
  • This is the perfect opportunity for a detail-oriented, technically curious, and efficiency-driven individual, as much of candidates' time will be focused on supporting client's strategic initiatives in client.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, as well as communication skills (both written and oral) will be important.
Required:
  • Must be presently authorized to work in the U.S. without a requirement for work authorization sponsorship by client's company for this position now or in the future
  • Must be committed to incorporating security into all decisions and daily job responsibilities.
  • 3 or more years of relevant experience as a Sr. Software Analyst, Sr. Business Analyst or similar
  • Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a team environment
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced, evolving environment
  • Demonstrates ownership, accountability, and a results-oriented mindset
  • Aptitude to lead projects from requirements gathering to effectively communicating with the business and IT team members
  • Ability to clearly define and create detailed documentation to describe complex business processes to the lowest level
  • Familiarity with integration and functional testing
  • Must be organized with the ability to handle multiple workstreams simultaneously and adhere to timelines
  • Must have strong attention to detail and ability to document both system design information and processes
  • Ability to identify root cause and conduct initial investigation into problems as they arise
  • Prior success facilitating team meetings, daily standups, providing status reports, and conducting analysis
  • Good knowledge of Word, Excel, Power Point and Visio
Preferred:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Knowledge of Agile software development methodology
  • Proficiency with development tools such as Jira and Confluence
  • Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments
  • Experience in large-scale enterprise applications and processes
  • Experience with APIs, integrations, and distributed systems
  • Knowledge of SQL or data analysis experience

Pay Range: $50 - $55/Hr.

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
