Summary

·                      Monitor assigned systems and services daily to verify availability, performance, and successful processing.

·                     Respond to incidents and service disruptions with timely troubleshooting and resolution to restore operations.

·                     Support developers and application teams during planning, testing, and problem determination activities.

·  Update the IWS database for batch transmittals from the application support staff.

·  Support RMDS and JRB actions for adding and deleting reports plus supply technical support for users.

·  Support problem determination from users for TTERM, RMDS, and JRB.

·                     Maintain 7x24x365 operational readiness, ensuring systems remain stable and recoverable.

·                     Support annual software upgrades for Z/OS across all environments.
