The Role:

As our AI Engineer, you'll design and build AI-powered solutions from the ground up, working closely with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to understand problems and deliver intelligent, scalable outcomes. Ownership over how we leverage LLMs and generative AI, and a direct hand in shaping our AI practice as we grow.

Position Summary:
Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions leveraging large language models (LLMs) and generative AI technologies to address real customer and business needs.
Lead solution design efforts translating business and customer requirements into clear, well-structured AI architectures that are practical to build and easy to maintain.
Work across our core AI stack including ChatGPT (OpenAI), Claude (Anthropic), and AWS Bedrock selecting the right model or service for each use case and building cohesive, production-ready solutions.
Engage directly with customers and internal stakeholders to gather requirements, present solution approaches, and communicate technical concepts in plain language.
Build and optimize RAG (retrieval-augmented generation) pipelines, prompt engineering strategies, and agentic workflows.
Collaborate with product and engineering teammates to ensure AI solutions integrate seamlessly into the broader product ecosystem.
Contribute to establishing best practices for AI development, responsible AI usage, and solution documentation.
Stay current with the fast-moving AI landscape and proactively surface new tools, models, and techniques relevant to our work. ________________________________________ What We're Looking For
3 6 years of experience in software engineering or a related technical role, with at least 1 2 years of hands-on experience building and shipping AI/ML solutions.
Practical experience working with LLMs and generative AI specifically hands-on experience building and shipping solutions using ChatGPT (OpenAI), Claude (Anthropic), and AWS Bedrock.
Strong solution design instincts you can architect systems that are scalable and cost-effective, and explain your reasoning clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Comfortable engaging directly with customers or stakeholders gathering requirements, walking through proposals, and building trust through clear communication.
Proficiency in Python and experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
Solid working knowledge of RAG pipelines, vector databases, embeddings, and prompt engineering.

Familiarity with responsible AI principles and AI safety best practices.
