Technician Levels
B-Level Technician
- $30 per flagged hour.
- Earning potential up to $83,000 annually.
- Perform diagnostics, maintenance, inspections, and mechanical repairs.
A-Level Technician
- $40 per flagged hour.
- Earning potential up to $104,000 annually.
- Perform advanced diagnostics plus mechanical and electrical repairs.
Experienced Master Technicians may earn more based on experience and productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair a wide variety of vehicles.
- Perform maintenance and vehicle inspections.
- Repair brakes, suspension, steering, engines, and drivability concerns.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
- Communicate repair recommendations with Service Advisors.
- Follow shop procedures and quality standards.
Qualifications
- 3?5+ years of professional automotive repair experience.
- Strong diagnostic and repair skills.
- Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to continue learning and training.
- ASE certifications are a plus.
