Senior Manager Internal Communications

A growing financial technology organization is seeking a Senior Manager of Internal Communications to drive strategic employee messaging and support company-wide initiatives. This role will partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to craft clear, compelling communications around product launches, business priorities, and organizational change.

Develop and deliver company-wide internal communications and messaging
Partner with leadership and teams across product, engineering, and financial services
Support product launch communications and strategic initiatives
Provide executive messaging, narrative development, and presentation support
Drive change management communications in a fast-paced environment

8 10 years of corporate communications experience
Strong internal/employee communications background
Experience communicating fintech products or initiatives
Experience supporting senior leadership communications
Strong writing, storytelling, and slide development skills

Additional Details
Part-time contract (~15 hours/week)
