Job Summary
Product Manager (Agentic AI Analytics Product)
- Lead the development and roadmap for an internal agentic data analytics product focused on character data, collaborating with business units across parks, cruise lines, studios, streaming, and more.
- Engage stakeholders to define use cases, prioritize data sources, gather requirements, and drive product adoption.
- Coordinate with technical leads and global information security teams to ensure data governance, onboarding, and compliance.
- Own and manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, including strategy, multi-release roadmaps, and outcome-focused backlogs.
- Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, data science, data engineering, UX) to deliver high-quality product releases, prototypes, and experiments.
- Translate complex analytics and AI/decision science concepts into intuitive user experiences and actionable business capabilities.
- Integrate user research, usability studies, market analysis, and evolving AI agent capabilities into product requirements and strategy.
- Guide solution testing and AI agent evaluations to ensure accuracy, reliability, and business impact.
- Act as a strategic advisor to stakeholders, communicating roadmaps, trade-offs, and results through narratives and visuals.
- Collaborate with data stakeholders enterprise-wide to identify and develop new data access paths.
- Foster a collaborative, inclusive team environment; demonstrate strong listening, decision-making, and executive communication skills.
- Utilize familiarity with analytics, AI concepts, SQL, and Python (hands-on coding not required).
- Hybrid role based in Orlando or Burbank (preferred), requiring 2 3 days onsite per week, with potential for full-time conversion.
- Experience in entertainment, media, or related industries is a plus.
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years' experience in product management for data/analytics/software products or advanced analytics solutions.
- 2+ years leading cross-functional, agile teams in a matrixed environment.
- Proven ability to translate technical and analytical requirements into customer-facing features and business outcomes.
- Strong communication skills and experience working with engineering, data science, and UX/design.
- Ability to synthesize user research, usability testing, and market analysis to drive product strategy.
- Familiarity with statistical/ML concepts and data visualization; ability to query/analyze data (SQL, Python).
- Self-starter, entrepreneurial, and committed to DEI (diversity, equity, inclusion).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in media, video games, parks/experiences, or entertainment consumer domains.
- Success launching enterprise-scale AI/data products and integrating them into business processes.
- Hands-on familiarity with developing AI agent tools.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) and experimentation platforms.
- Consulting or product operations experience to scale adoption.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative or technical field.
