Role Summary:
Seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead a 30-member delivery team in a fast-paced, multiple vendors/stakeholders.

The role requires strong ownership, mature stakeholder management, and end-to-end program delivery accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end program delivery (planning, scheduling, governance).
• Lead ~30-member delivery team.
• Handle client stakeholder management and executive communications.
• Manage multi-vendor coordination and resolve delivery conflicts.
• Drive execution under tight timelines and evolving priorities.

Required Experience:

• 10 15+ years of Program/Project Management experience.
• Strong experience in complex, multi-vendor environments.
• Proven leadership in large-scale delivery programs.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.

Technical Requirement:

• Experience in RPA (Robotic Process Automation) programs.
