Summary

You will be collaborating with the Learning and Development team to assess training needs, develop materials, and implement plans to enhance performance. The individual will deliver training in an engaging manner and evaluate learner progress.

Responsibilities

Develop, manage, and evaluate training programs.
Ensure consistency and accountability in training offerings.
Design and deliver both in-person and online learning solutions.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to align training with organizational goals.
Optimize knowledge strategies to meet operational goals.
Manage e-learning content, including course launch and LMS administration.
Evaluate and improve current training offerings.
Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies.
Ensure the quality and consistency of trainee work.

Required Skills

Proficiency in training methodologies and curriculum development.
Ability to operate remote learning tools independently.
Knowledge of gamified learning and e-learning techniques.
High energy and motivational training style.
Strong critical thinking and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based systems.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Attention to detail and strong time management abilities.

Required Experience

Bachelor''s degree in HR, Education, or related field preferred.
1-3 years of related experience or equivalent education and experience.
