Summary

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Infrastructure Engineer to support and maintain a hybrid enterprise infrastructure environment. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Windows Server, PowerShell, SCCM, cloud platforms, security, patching, automation, and production support.

Key Responsibilities

Administer, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows Server environments.
Perform server upgrades, patching, migrations, and vulnerability remediation.
Develop PowerShell scripts to automate infrastructure and administrative tasks.
Manage enterprise patching and software deployment using SCCM/MECM or similar tools.
Support Azure/AWS and hybrid on-prem/cloud infrastructure.
Troubleshoot production issues involving servers, applications, databases, and middleware.
Support backup, recovery, and Disaster Recovery (DR) activities.
Troubleshoot TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN, VPN, and network connectivity issues.
Monitor infrastructure performance and resolve high-impact production incidents.
Support security controls including server hardening, access management, endpoint protection, and vulnerability remediation.
Collaborate with application, security, networking, and infrastructure teams on deployments and modernization initiatives.
