Presentation Specialist

Description

We are looking for a talented Presentation Specialist to join our team in Saint Paul, Minnesota. In this contract role, you will play a key part in creating visually compelling and impactful presentation materials that align with brand standards and effectively communicate information. This position is ideal for a creative individual with strong design skills and expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint.

Responsibilities:
Design and develop engaging presentation decks tailored to various audiences and objectives.
Update and enhance outdated materials to ensure consistency and alignment with current branding.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand presentation goals and deliver high-quality visuals.
Utilize advanced features in Microsoft PowerPoint to create dynamic and interactive slides.
Ensure all presentation materials meet high standards for clarity and visual appeal.
Incorporate feedback to refine presentations and achieve desired outcomes.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to bring fresh ideas to the table.
Maintain organized files and documentation for efficient workflow.
Provide guidance on effective presentation strategies and techniques.

Requirements

Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, including advanced design and formatting capabilities.
Strong graphic design skills with an eye for detail and aesthetics.
Experience creating presentation decks for various business purposes.
Ability to update and modernize existing materials effectively.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams.
Capacity to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks under tight deadlines.
Knowledge of current design trends and best practices.
A portfolio showcasing previous presentation work is highly desirable.
