Fraud SME (Logistics experience)

Fraud Subject Matter Expert (SME) with deep experience in fraud prevention and detection within logistics, delivery, and large-scale operations environments. As a Fraud SME and leader, you will advise clients, shape fraud strategies, and guide the implementation of advanced tools, processes, and AI‑driven capabilities to mitigate fraud across complex commercial organizations.

Quals/Musts:  

• Experience in logistics, delivery, transportation, or operations fraud, including parcel diversion, identity fraud, operational abuse, synthetic identities, refund fraud, and account takeover
• Experience implementing fraud tools, technologies, and platforms, including rules engines, anomaly detection, case management, and identity verification systems
• Experience advising or supporting executive‑level stakeholders, including risk, operations, compliance, and technology leaders
• Ability to translate fraud risks into actionable strategies, controls, and operational processes
• Ability to design, govern, and mature enterprise‑level fraud programs across large commercial organizations
