Title: Paid Media Visualization Lead
Duration: 6 Months
Location: 100% Remote
Profile: Solid Project Manager with Paid Media reporting and visualization experience. This team member will be responsible for sourcing, manipulating, and visualizing online advertising campaign data through Tableau. This person has extensive experience in online advertising platforms and their reporting capabilities as well as an understanding of key performance indicators for advertising campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership & Coordination
· Serve as the main Client’s point of contact for Paid Media Insights project
· Drive definition and alignment of paid media insights use cases, business requirements, and success criteria
· Own delivery of paid media insights placements in existing dashboards
· Coordinate across technical, marketing, data, and business stakeholders
Project Management & Execution
· Lead project kickoff, recurring weekly status meetings, working sessions, and project closeout
· Track milestones, dependencies, risks, and action items
· Implement solutions
· Ensure timely completion of all tasks and deliverables
Quality & Delivery Assurance
· Manage data collection, manipulation and visualization
· Ensure data accuracy through quality assurance testing
· Ensure College Board teams review and sign off on project outcomes
· Help manage scope changes and support any required change order discussions
Required Qualifications
· The successful applicant will have experience with one of the programming languages of SQL, R or Python
· The candidate should be familiar with data visualization concepts used to create compelling and easy to use data analysis tools – experience implementing these concepts through Tableau a plus
· This position requires superior communication and presentation skills as to be able to convey complex data in a simple manner
· Familiarity with advertising platform user interfaces (e.g., Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat, etc.) and experience accessing and extracting performance data directly from platform dashboards.
Engagement Expectations
· High level of engagement throughout the project lifecycle
· Availability for multiple meetings per week, including multi-hour working sessions as needed
· Ability to proactively identify risks, dependencies, and timeline impacts
