Summary

About the Role

We are seeking a Commercial Pharma Business Analyst to turn sales, prescription and market data into insights that drive commercial strategy. You will partner with sales, marketing and leadership teams to track brand performance, support forecasting and targeting, and uncover growth opportunities across territories and customer segments.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze pharmaceutical sales, prescription, market-share and customer data.
Develop and maintain KPI dashboards, reports and business performance analyses.
Monitor product performance across brands, territories, regions and customer segments.
Support sales forecasting, incentive planning, territory alignment and targeting.
Identify trends, opportunities and performance gaps using quantitative analysis.
Conduct competitive and market analysis to support commercial strategy.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Statistics, Economics or a related field.
7+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or life sciences commercial analytics.
Hands-on experience with pharma data sources such as IQVIA, Symphony Health or similar Rx and sales data.
Strong SQL and Excel skills, plus experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
Solid understanding of commercial operations, including sales force effectiveness, territory alignment and incentive compensation.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present insights to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Python or R for data analysis.
Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Veeva or Salesforce.
Background in pharma sales forecasting or brand analytics.
