AV Engineer

Our client is seeking a skilled professional to design, deploy, and maintain cutting-edge AV systems across various enterprise settings, including conference rooms, training spaces, and executive collaboration environments. You''ll ensure that AV solutions are reliable, standardized, and aligned with Microsoft Teams Rooms and enterprise technology standards, with a strong emphasis on executive-level support.

• Design, install, and support comprehensive AV systems, encompassing audio, video, control, and collaboration platforms.
• Deliver exceptional AV support for executives, boardrooms, and leadership meetings.
• Ensure executive spaces are prepared, tested, and highly reliable for meetings.
• Act as escalation support for complex or high-visibility AV issues.
• Maintain AV standards, documentation, and lifecycle planning.
• Collaborate with IT, Facilities, and vendors on AV projects and upgrades.

To excel in this role, you should have:

• 5 years of experience in enterprise AV systems.
• Strong knowledge of audio signal flow, video systems, and collaboration technology.
• Proven experience supporting executive environments, town halls, and high-stakes meetings.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with senior leaders.
• Experience with Microsoft Teams Rooms.
• CTS/CTS-D/CTS-I certifications are a plus.
• The ability to troubleshoot calmly under pressure and deliver a polished executive experience.
