Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and creative UX Designer III to join our team in Cupertino, California. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user experience design, a passion for creating intuitive and engaging user interfaces, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. This role will focus on designing innovative solutions that enhance user satisfaction and drive business success.
Responsibilities: - Design and deliver user-centered solutions that align with business goals and user needs.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative UX strategies.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to communicate design concepts effectively.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback and data to ensure optimal user experiences.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX design.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design projects.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Strong understanding of user research methodologies and usability testing.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay Range: $75/hr - $80/hr
