Title: Sr. Technical Program Manager
Duration: 7 Months
Location: Remote
Flex Workplace: Your primary location will be a home office. You will not have an assigned workstation and will work with your manager to determine office visit needs. You must live within commuting distance, typically 75 miles/120km.
Travel Required: 0-5%

Job Description:
Where you come in
- Lead technical projects across cross-functional teams, including software, hardware and firmware, ensuring alignment with sustaining efforts and delivery schedules.
- Provide program-level support to leadership across operational initiatives such as monthly updates, planning & forecasting, and ad hoc short-term critical project management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize and manage tasks and deliverables.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, risk assessments, change control processes, and deliverables.
- Ensure project strategy and execution comply with Dexcom procedures, regulatory standards, and industry requirements.
- Act as liaison between key program stakeholders and internal/external partners.
- Define software roadmaps in collaboration with Marketing, Commercial, UX and development teams.
- Drive process improvements and operational efficiency through cross-functional engagement.

- Self-starter mentality with a bias for action and the ability to deliver results independently.
- Experience working in a medical device, healthcare, or other federally regulated industry

Experience and Education Requirements:
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline, and a minimum of 5-8 years related experience or a Master’s degree and 2-5 years equivalent industry experience or a PhD and 0-2 years experience.
