Summary
Rate Range: $45/hour to $53/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Agile Digital Product Owner job responsibilities include:
- Define and maintain the product roadmap and strategy to align with business goals and customer needs.
- Collaborate closely with IT and business stakeholders to refine requirements and ensure continuous product improvement.
- Lead and guide the agile Scrum team to deliver high?quality product increments within committed timelines.
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring clarity, feasibility, and alignment with strategic objectives.
- Drive SAFe Agile Product Ownership practices to ensure effective planning, execution, and delivery across teams.
- Provide strong leadership and team guidance, fostering collaboration and removing impediments to ensure smooth delivery.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (master's degree preferred).
- 8-10 years of professional experience, including substantial experience as an Agile Product Owner.
- Proven expertise in SAFe Agile Product Ownership and Management with hands-on implementation experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills with the ability to drive cross?functional alignment and deliver timely outcomes.

Pay Details: $45.00 to $53.00 per hour
