Education: A bachelor’s or master’s degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field,
Certifications in the field
Required Experience:
1. 13+ years of IT work experience with demonstrated knowledge in architecture design, software development, database management systems and systems integration in multi-platform environments.
2. Knowledge of and experience with State of Florida information technology standards and processes.
3. Proficient with Microsoft C#.Net, MVC, JQuery, and Responsive Design.
4. Proficient with Microsoft SQL Server.
5. Experience with Oracle.
6. Experience with Microsoft Azure.
7. Experience with Visual Studio 2012 and later.
8. Experience using HTML.
9. Proficient with Test Driven Development and Unit Testing methodology.
10. Experience working in a Waterfall and/or Agile development environment.
11. Strong communication and validation skills.
12. Experience with IT systems and processes, methodologies and their direct implementation to projects.
13. Experience with defining Web architectures and design for enterprise
14. Experience working on multiple projects as a project leader or frequently as the subject matter expert.
15. Goals-oriented proactive team player with the demonstrated ability to multi- task and prioritize in a fast-paced professional environment.
16. Excellent oral and written communication skills; able to garner support from a wide variety of stakeholders.
17. Critical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills that can make independent decisions within area of responsibility and expertise.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Visio.
• Knowledge of PowerPoint and SharePoint.
• Experience with Team Foundation Server
