Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Agile Portfolio Manager with a strong background in the healthcare domain to oversee strategic initiatives and manage enterprise-level portfolios. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in Agile frameworks, portfolio governance, and healthcare technology programs, ensuring alignment between business objectives and delivery outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage healthcare-focused portfolios, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and patient engagement goals.
- Drive Agile portfolio management practices across multiple programs and teams.
- Collaborate with product managers, solution architects, and healthcare stakeholders to prioritize initiatives.
- Establish governance frameworks, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms for portfolio performance.
- Facilitate investment decisions, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Champion Agile transformation and continuous improvement across healthcare technology programs.
- Communicate portfolio progress and outcomes to executive leadership and stakeholders.
Requirements
- 7–10 years of experience in portfolio management, program management, or product leadership.
- Strong expertise in Agile methodologies (SAFe, LeSS, or similar frameworks).
- Proven experience in the healthcare domain, with exposure to patient engagement, health systems, or digital health solutions.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to balance strategic vision with operational execution.
- Preferred certifications: SAFe Portfolio Manager, PMP, or Agile Program Management certifications.
