Summary
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support Salesforce Order Management (SOM) initiatives with a strong understanding of the SOM data model and core objects (Fulfillment Orders, Order Summaries, Payment Authorizations, Return Orders, Inventory Reservations).
- Manage end-to-end order lifecycle, including order capture, fulfillment, cancellations, and returns.
- Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, and SOQL queries related to order processing, inventory updates, and payment logic.
- Build and enhance UI using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura (if applicable).
- Handle API integrations between SOM and external systems (ERP, shipping, tax/payment processors, SFCC).
- Monitor, debug, and resolve issues across order lifecycle workflows, including inventory mismatches and payment discrepancies.
- Support SFCC checkout integrations, including:
- OCAPI/custom service integrations between SFCC and SOM
- Business Manager configurations and service logs
- Issue triage between SFCC and SOM systems
- Perform payload/log analysis for troubleshooting integration failures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain strong documentation for support processes.
- Work within Agile environments using tools like Jira or ServiceNow.
🔹 Required Skills:
- Salesforce B2B Commerce with Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Salesforce B2C Commerce (SFCC – SFRA / PWA Kit)
- Strong expertise in Apex, SOQL, and integration patterns (REST/SOAP)
