Core Skills & Qualifications

1. Industry & Domain Context

• Automotive / OEM / Dealer Data: Familiarity with automotive data streams (OEM data, dealer network feeds, Tier 1–3 marketing data, syndicated industry reports).

• Data & Analytics Awareness: Understanding of how data aggregators (like CVI) handle bulk data processing, report generation, and automated delivery schedules.

2. Functional Capabilities

• Data Ingestion & Report Verification: Basic ability to audit incoming/outgoing reports, verify data integrity across large batch deliverables, and track ~400 monthly automated/recurring reports.

• Process & Contract Support: Ability to follow direction, maintain project tracking logs, ensure reporting milestones are met during the transition from the external vendor (CVI) to internal teams.

• Tools: Strong working knowledge of Excel (vlookups, pivot tables, data reconciliation) and exposure to business intelligence or reporting environments (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or proprietary reporting portals).

3. Soft Skills & Fit

• Task-Oriented & Reliable: Comfortable executing repetitive, low-level reporting administration, audit checks, and task-tracking without requiring high-level strategic oversight.

• Adaptable / Directed: Thrives in a role where work is delegated directly by the client lead to bridge the operational gap through mid-April
