Avature System Administrator

Introduction:

This role involves managing and maintaining the Avature system, providing support to end users, and developing solutions to address business needs. The Avature System Administrator will be responsible for configuration, troubleshooting, and training related to the Avature platform.

Responsibilities:

• Configure the Avature system and create workflows
• Provide support and troubleshoot issues for HR, Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and Candidates
• Maintain knowledge of HR processes and platforms
• Support interface and integration with IT and HR teams
• Analyze and develop solutions for business problems
• Implement upgrades and patches, including testing and validation
• Create training documentation and conduct end user training
• Manage role-based security for accurate system functionality
• Maintain data integrity and accuracy in the ATS
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and vendors to achieve shared goals

Requirements:

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related technical field
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an Avature Administrator
• Avature Level 4 Administrator Certification
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Visio
• Strong communication skills for interacting with team members, end users, and vendors
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Problem-solving skills for identifying system solutions
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive mindset
• Time and project management skills

Preferred:

• Experience with HR systems
• Ability to troubleshoot and analyze complex data issues
