We have total 20 open roles, 18 for CSR and 2 for Team Lead.

Role- Customer support representative

Mandatory Requirements:

Bilingual fluency in Spanish & English (spoken and written) native or nearnative level.
Minimum 6 months of customer service or callcenter experience, preferably in voice support.
Ability to handle inbound and outbound resident calls across multiple queues (Maintenance, Resident Services, Lead-to-Lease, Renewals).
Strong communication skills with proven ability to show empathy, problemsolving, and professionalism during challenging customer interactions.
Comfortable working onsite in Atlanta and flexible to cover shifts between 9 AM 8 PM (2 shifts).
