Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Ping Security Analyst with strong expertise in the Ping Identity suite to support enterprise IAM and SSO environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with PingFederate, Ping Access, Ping One, and Ping Directory, along with SAML, OAuth, and OIDC protocols. This role involves application onboarding, troubleshooting, access management, monitoring, certificate management, and production support in a 24x7 environment.
Required Skills
Hands-on experience with PingFederate, Ping Access, Ping One SSO, and Ping Directory
Strong experience implementing Single Sign-On (SSO)
Expertise in SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect (OIDC)
Experience with privileged access monitoring, auditing, and access control
Azure Cloud and DevOps knowledge
Programming experience in Java and/or Python
Scripting using ARM Templates and Ansible
SQL/RDBMS knowledge
Experience developing monitoring metrics, dashboards, alerts, and reporting
Strong troubleshooting and production support experience
Key Responsibilities
Configure and manage IdP/SP connections, Policies, Selectors, Adapters, and Contract Mapping in PingFederate
Configure Access Token Management, Token Mapping, and OIDC Policies
Create and manage Applications, Rules, Rulesets, and Authorization Policies in Ping Access
Onboard enterprise applications into PingFederate and Ping Access
Troubleshoot authentication, authorization, and SSO-related issues
Handle ServiceNow incidents, requests, and production support activities
Renew and manage security certificates
Monitor IAM KPIs, dashboards, and system health
Participate in 24x7 on-call support rotation (PagerDuty)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain secure IAM services
