We are seeking candidates who do not require visa sponsorship, are eligible to work on a W2
Position is ONSITE/Hybrid at the location listed above (with some hybrid work – determined by the hiring manager). The program will only accept LOCAL ONLY candidates for this position.
The program will only allow candidates who are LOCAL TO THE SALEM AREA ONLY.
Please do not submit candidates who are currently out of state and are planning to move to Oregon. Candidates must already reside in Oregon.

Job Description
Develops software solutions by studying information needs, conferring with users, and studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes. Investigates problem areas. Prepares and installs solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards, and programming.
