• Onsite Requirement: 1 week per month

• Candidate Location: Continental United States (preferred)

Seeking an experienced SAP BRIM Functional Consultant (FICA) to support solution delivery for a large-scale tolling back-office transformation. The role focuses on BRIM and FICA functional design, configuration, testing, data migration support, and post go-live operations.

Responsibilities

SAP BRIM & FICA Functional Delivery

• Support solution delivery activities related to SAP BRIM and FICA within the UBOS program.

• Deliver functional designs and configurations for:

  • Payments

  • Dunning

  • Collections

  • Interest

  • Account determination

  • CI/GL integrations

• Assist with configuration activities including Business Partner, Contract Account, correspondence, and event framework updates.

• Collaborate on BRF+ rules, correspondence forms, and integrations with external payment providers.

Testing & Cutover Support

• Lead functional testing efforts; review test scripts, validate results, and resolve defects.

• Provide BRIM/FICA process expertise for test scenario design and test data creation.

• Support cutover planning, readiness activities, and FICA-related migration tasks.

• Provide post go-live support, including monitoring:

  • Payment interfaces

  • Dunning runs

  • Settlement jobs

  • Issue resolution

Data & Integration Support

• Support data teams with:

  • BRIM/FICA data mapping

  • Translation rules

  • Cross-reference maintenance

  • Open item conversion

• Ensure FICA configuration aligns with audit, compliance, and financial reporting requirements.

Delivery Management & Documentation

• Maintain Azure DevOps work items, documentation, and progress tracking.

• Fully document all work including functional designs, diagrams, test plans, scripts, impact analysis, and best practices.

• Collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and project leadership.

• Work independently while adhering to established standards, policies, and procedures.

Required Skills & Experience

SAP Experience

• At least one full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementation.

• 5+ years of SAP BRIM Functional Analyst experience with CI and/or FICA (8+ years preferred).

• Strong knowledge of FICA processes:

  • Payments

  • Dunning

  • Collections

  • Interest

  • Open item management

  • CI/GL integration

Tools & Methodologies

• Experience with BRF+ and Event Framework (preferred).

• Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar ALM tools.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Experience using ADO Testing Module.

Desired Skills

• 3+ years of SAP BRIM experience.

• Experience with enterprise SAP projects.

• Knowledge of ITIL / ITSM practices and methodologies.

Education & Certifications

• Bachelor s degree in Business Management, Information Systems, or related field.

• SAP S/4HANA BRIM certifications (BR230 / BR234) preferred.

• Equivalent education and experience will be considered.

Engagement Requirements

• Monthly onsite meetings in Middletown, PA

• Onsite orientation and equipment pickup required

• Possible post go-live onsite support rotations

• Must comply with background check and onboarding requirements

• Must follow IT standards and virtual work guidelines

• Overtime requires prior approval
