Microsoft Copilot and Power Platform Developer- The Woodlands, TX (Onsite)

Job Description:

We are seeking a Microsoft Copilot & Power Platform Developer to design and implement intelligent business solutions leveraging Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, and AI-driven automation. The ideal candidate will have strong experience building applications with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Copilot Studio, along with the ability to integrate AI capabilities into enterprise workflows.

This role involves collaborating with stakeholders, developing agentic AI solutions, and optimizing applications to enhance productivity and business transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop intelligent applications using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Design and implement agentic AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Integrate AI capabilities and Microsoft 365 Copilot features into business applications and workflows.
• Build and validate M365 Copilot agents for scenarios such as document search and reporting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and user experience.
• Monitor application performance and address issues through troubleshooting and debugging.
• Provide technical guidance, architecture recommendations, and code reviews.
• Maintain technical documentation, workflows, and process documentation.
• Ensure solutions comply with enterprise governance, security, and risk management frameworks.
• Conduct training and enablement sessions for internal teams.
• Stay updated on Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, and AI advancements.

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CRM customization (entities, workflows, integrations).
• Strong expertise in Power Apps (Canvas Apps) development.
• Experience with Power BI dashboards, data modeling, and reporting.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues, analyze logs, and debug applications.
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and M365 Copilot capabilities.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure services, including Azure Active Directory and Azure Analytics.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) Toolkit upgrades and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of AI governance practices in enterprise environments.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong documentation, communication, and process management skills.
