Role & Responsibilities (Day-to-Day Tasks)

• Design, architect, and implement system data architecture to meet requirements.
• Work with the Technical Architect/Lead to design and execute interfaces and external-system integrations.
• Design and maintain relational databases, data warehouses/marts, replication, delivery, and ETL systems.
• Develop and execute data migration plans for data movement or migration.
• Maintain database performance and resolve production and application-development problems.

Required Skills for the Project

• Salesforce platform data lead/architect experience.
• Relevant technical experience including work similar to the RFP scope.
• Large-scale modernization experience involving business process automation, application development, system integration, and/or legacy system replacement.
• Experience in BI solutions, data migration and conversion, master data management, relational and dimensional data models, and ETL solutions.

Mandatory Skills for the Project

• Minimum 6 years in a data lead/architect role using the Salesforce platform.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant technical experience, including work similar to the RFP scope.
• Minimum 5 years on large-scale modernization projects involving business process automation, application development, system integration, and/or legacy system replacement.
• Minimum 5 years in each of: BI solutions; data migration and conversion solutions; master data management solutions; relational and dimensional data models; and ETL solutions.
• Full-time for the contract duration.
• Onsite as needed during requirements gathering, development, testing, and deployment.
