The Job You Will Perform:

Purpose: As an Integration Solution Architect, you will design and govern high-performance enterprise integration strategies. You will serve as the bridge between complex business needs and technical execution, guiding product teams to build secure, scalable architectures that seamlessly connect on-premises and cloud-based systems.

Key Accountabilities
  • Lead the end-to-end design of complex A2A (Application-to-Application) and B2B (Business-to-Business) integrations
  • Understanding of many different systems supporting our business partners within the company
  • Knowledge of agile principles and development practices
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and team skills (with both tech and business stakeholders)
  • Design robust solutions for hybrid environments, specifically integrating legacy on-premises systems with Azure and other cloud platforms
  • Maintain a deep understanding of current and emerging technology landscapes, focusing on interoperability and long-term scalability.
  • Define technical direction and architectural patterns for Managed Service Provider (MSP) delivery teams to ensure alignment with enterprise standards.
  • Collaborates with product / delivery teams on user stories and solution design decisions
  • Partner with Enterprise Architects, stakeholders, and product teams to translate user stories into actionable, target-state solution designs

The Skills You Will Bring:

Education and General Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or a related field, typically supported by 10+ years of IT experience with a heavy focus on system integrations.
  • Excellent technical understanding of the primary technology that they are responsible
  • Good knowledge of industry trends and best practices
  • Able to work in an unstructured, changing environment
  • Exceptional ability to synthesize abstract concepts and communicate them clearly to both technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with hands-on experience in platforms like Azure DevOps (ADO)
