Job Title: AI / ML Engineer

Location: Malvern, PA OR Charlotte, NC OR Dallas, TX (Hybrid – 3 days/week from office)


Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and passionate AI / ML Engineer to design, build, and deploy scalable machine learning models and AI-driven solutions. You will work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to translate business requirements into intelligent systems that deliver real-world impact.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for production use

  • Build end-to-end ML pipelines including data preprocessing, training, validation, and monitoring

  • Implement AI solutions using supervised, unsupervised, and deep learning techniques

  • Optimize model performance, scalability, and reliability

  • Work with large datasets and perform feature engineering

  • Integrate ML models into applications via APIs and microservices

  • Monitor model performance and retrain models as needed

  • Stay up to date with the latest AI/ML research, tools, and best practices

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-powered features


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in Python (and/or Java, Scala)

  • Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and statistics

  • Experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn

  • Hands-on experience with data processing tools (Pandas, NumPy, Spark)

  • Knowledge of deep learning, NLP, or computer vision (depending on role focus)

  • Experience deploying models using REST APIs, Docker, and cloud platforms

  • Familiarity with MLOps practices and tools

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform)

  • Knowledge of model monitoring, drift detection, and CI/CD pipelines

  • Experience with big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark)

  • Background in software engineering best practices

  • Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, AI, ML, or related field
