Role: Veeva Vault Architect – Veeva Vault PromoMats (Enterprise Architecture / DAM / MLR Workflows / Vault Java SDK / VQL)

Pay Rate: $62.00/hr On W2 | $72.00/hr On C2C

Role Summary
Seeking an experienced Veeva Vault Architect with 15+ years of overall IT experience and 10+ years dedicated to Veeva Vault technologies for a 6-month contract in Raritan, NJ (100% on-site). 
The role focuses on leading end-to-end architecture, technical design, integration, and optimization of enterprise-scale Veeva Vault PromoMats solutions for global Life Sciences clients. Key responsibilities include designing Digital Asset Management (DAM) and Medical/Legal/Regulatory (MLR) review ecosystems, object model configurations, Vault Java SDK/API extensions, and architecting multi-system integrations (Salesforce CRM, AEM) within GxP and FDA compliant environments.

Key Responsibilities
* Enterprise PromoMats Architecture: Lead end-to-end architectural design and global deployment strategies for Veeva Vault PromoMats, DAM, MLR review workflows, Claims Management, and Modular Content.
* Vault Platform Customization & SDK: Oversee advanced Vault platform configurations (object models, document lifecycles, security workflows) and guide custom developments using Vault Java SDK, REST APIs, VQL, and Vault Loader.
* System Integration Architecture: Design and implement secure, scalable integration frameworks connecting Veeva PromoMats with Salesforce CRM, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), regulatory systems, and IAM/SSO tools.
* Compliance & Validation Governance: Ensure all technical architectures strictly comply with GxP, FDA regulations, and CSV/CSA standards while supporting validation lifecycle documentation and audit readiness.
* Technical Leadership & Stakeholder Management: Serve as primary technical authority in client-facing architecture workshops, mentor development teams, and collaborate with regulatory, IT, and marketing leadership.

Required Skills
* Core Experience: 15+ years in IT with 10+ years focused on Veeva Vault technologies and 7+ years of hands-on expertise specifically in Veeva Vault PromoMats.
* PromoMats & Platform Mastery: Expertise in Veeva Vault Platform, PromoMats implementations, DAM, MLR Review processes, and Content Lifecycle Management.
* Development & Query Languages: Technical capability with VQL, Vault Java SDK, REST APIs, and Vault Loader.
* Regulatory Compliance: Deep understanding of Life Sciences regulatory standards including GxP compliance and CSV validation.
* On-Site Commitment: Absolute willingness and availability to work 100% on-site in Raritan, NJ.

Preferred Qualifications
* Official Veeva Vault certifications (Vault Platform or PromoMats).
* Hands-on integration experience with Salesforce CRM, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), and SSO/SAML/OAuth.
* Exposure to Generative AI for digital content operations or AI-enabled content review.
* Experience in large-scale global pharmaceutical or biotech environments.
