Req# Responsibilities Design and develop scalable backend services and agentic systems using Node.js and TypeScript within a fully AI-native architecture Build and extend intelligent agent infrastructure, including memory management, session handling, document spaces, and evaluation frameworks Drive the evolution of AI-powered user experiences, including AI-native platforms, Digital Advisor dashboards, and client assist use cases Develop reusable Stencil web components and integrate them into Angular-based applications to deliver consistent, high-quality front-end experiences Own full-stack responsibilities with balanced frontend and backend contributions Provide production support through on-call rotations and incident resolution Requirements Strong proficiency in TypeScript as a core language for both frontend and backend development Solid backend development experience with Node.js and a proven track record Working knowledge of AWS alongside a strong understanding of system design, scalability, and performance optimization Prior exposure to Kotlin and/or Swift with experience in component-based frontend architectures Hands-on experience with AI and agentic systems, including LLM integration, agent workflows, and memory and context management Experience with LangGraph or similar agent orchestration frameworks, with familiarity in AI evaluation pipelines and AI-native UX patterns
