Summary

We are seeking an experienced EHR Stability Analyst to support the deployment, go-live, stabilization, and ongoing support of its Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.

The EHR Stability Analyst will work closely with healthcare users, clinical and business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors to troubleshoot application issues, analyze clinical and business workflows, gather and document requirements, support testing activities, and identify opportunities for system enhancements and process improvements.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience supporting healthcare applications or Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.

  • Experience with requirements gathering, documentation, and enhancement analysis.

  • Understanding of clinical, pharmaceutical, and patient billing workflows.

  • Experience supporting functional testing, integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work effectively with clinical users, business stakeholders, technical teams, and software vendors.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

  • Experience using Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Visio.

  • Ability and willingness to travel onsite to Local Health Districts during EHR go-live activities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Oracle Health/Cerner or other major EHR platforms.

  • Experience supporting EHR implementations, upgrades, deployments, or go-live activities.

  • Experience working with public health or government healthcare organizations.

  • Knowledge of SQL and/or Oracle databases.

  • Experience with web-based healthcare applications.

  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

  • Experience providing onsite EHR go-live, hypercare, and stabilization support.

  • Knowledge of healthcare interoperability, interfaces, or integration workflows is a plus.
