Job Title: Digital Designer (Office-Creative/Design) Location: Cincinnati, OH Zip Code: 45202 Duration: 2 Months Pay Rate: $10.45 - $46/hr. JOB DESCRIPTION - Works on numerous assignments across a broad range of marketing material, including landing pages, email templates, and social media ads - Designs, produces and manages digital marketing media - Execute and guide projects from conception to roll out, ensuring appropriate design strategy - Collaborates with the digital solutions group and marketing managers, ensuring that all designs align with the brand and marketing objectives while meeting usability and website standards. - Influences and guides the digital marketing strategy through the visual experience and digital brand - Transforms concepts into intuitive high-performing digital marketing materials - Presents design ideas, concepts, and prototypes with marketing managers, collaborating to achieve project goals Education and Experience - Bachelor s Degree and 4+ years experience in digital design or related field (ux, ui, web design, visual design, graphic design, etc.) - Or 10+ years of equivalent work-related experience TECHNICAL SKILLS Must Have: o Ability to edit existing brand video footage into new cuts & versions in different formats (16:9, 9:16, 1:1) o History working on creative for performance marketing creative principles (conversion focused design, thumb stopping visuals, clear CTAs) o Proven ability to quickly produce large quantities of static and Motion GIF style assets Nice To Have: - Ability to take a design brief, and push/build based on unique design/creative strategy perspective (not just executor) - Experience using AI tools for content generation to create net-new video / motion content from still photos, prompts, and/or existing footage Belcan is an equal opportunity employer.
