Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Senior Developer with strong expertise in ServiceNow platform development, integrations, ITOM, and Discovery. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting ServiceNow integrations, platform customizations, workflow automation, and Discovery solutions. This role requires hands-on experience with Integration Hub, ServiceNow ITOM modules, and enterprise integration technologies while driving process simplification and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow integrations with internal and external systems.
Customize and enhance ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows to meet business requirements.
Implement and support ServiceNow ITOM and Discovery solutions.
Develop and manage Integration Hub Connectors and Spokes.
Configure and optimize workflow automation processes within the ServiceNow platform.
Troubleshoot and resolve integration, platform, and Discovery-related issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
Ensure platform performance, security, and best practices compliance.
Provide technical leadership and recommendations to simplify processes and improve system efficiency.
Required Qualifications:
7+ years of ServiceNow development and administration experience.
Strong expertise in ServiceNow platform customization and integration development.
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITOM and Discovery implementations.
CIS-Discovery Certification required.
Experience with ServiceNow Integration Hub, Connectors, and Spokes.
Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and integration frameworks.
Knowledge of networking concepts, TLS, PKI, and related security protocols.
Experience with ServiceNow Workflow Automation and process orchestration.
Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Additional ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS-ITOM) preferred.
Experience with cloud platforms and enterprise monitoring tools.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
Experience supporting large-scale enterprise ServiceNow environments.
