Job Title: Senior Business Solutions Architect / Consultant (SAP) - HR
Location: Hybrid- Phoenix, AZ 2-3x/week

AgreeYa is a global Systems Integrator and is seeking an experienced Senior Business Solutions Architect / Consultant (SAP) HR to join our growing team.
Job Description:
- Think strategic technology advisor for SAP HR partnering with SAP/HR/HRS Leadership.
- Agile Transformation, mobility, digitization.
- Lead architecture and strategic planning; establish long-term transformation goals and roadmapping.
- Solution Design for e2e HR systems/processes.
- Technical solution design defining HR data domains / facts / entities and build out / optimize models / dashboards for HR analytics.
- Oversee integrations across enterprise platforms (SAP MAIN FOCUS, Snowflake, SuccessFactors, etc.) and data flows / system interoperability.
Skills:
- Hybrid experience (HCM + SuccessFactors)
- E2E HR System Architecture Design
- S/4HANA transformation experience
- Data Models across HR systems & SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
- Scalability / performance / governance
- AI/Automation experience in HR is a huge plus (chatbots, workforce analytics, etc.)
- Hybrid landscape design (on-prem / cloud)
- SAP HR / SuccessFactors
- SAP ECP / Taxes (Global)
- SAP Payroll / Benefits Integration (schema / rules)
- SAP EC
- SAP Direct Deposit / Check Configuration
- SAP SF HR Service Packs
- SAP LMS
- UAT, root cause analysis and resolutions for configurations / dev / data / processes.
