💼 Role: Senior Full Stack Developer / Technical Lead
⏳ Experience: Senior-level / Lead experience preferred
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Full Stack Developer / Technical Lead with strong expertise in .NET, Angular/React, production support, debugging, RCA, and stakeholder management.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using C#, ASP.NET, Web APIs, Angular/React.js
• Perform advanced debugging and troubleshooting of production issues across distributed systems
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and recommend corrective actions
• Work directly with business users to understand issues and provide effective solutions
• Prepare technical analysis, issue summaries, and resolution documentation
• Manage stakeholder communication, risks, status updates, and resolution timelines
• Provide technical and functional expertise across applications and systems
• Coordinate with development and support teams to resolve issues and deliver enhancements
• Mentor team members and provide technical guidance and best practices
🛠️ Required Technical Skills
• Strong .NET Full Stack Development – C#, ASP.NET, Web APIs
• Hands-on experience with Angular and/or React.js
• Strong SQL Server and Oracle experience
• Excellent debugging, troubleshooting, and performance-tuning skills
• Experience analyzing issues across multiple technology stacks
• Basic familiarity with Java-based applications
• Experience with application and database migrations
• Knowledge of NDM, NAS storage, file transfer, and messaging mechanisms
• Exposure to OpenShift Container Platform (OCP)
• Experience addressing security vulnerabilities using tools such as Black Duck and Checkmarx
• Understanding of SLA, incident management, and production support processes
⭐ Preferred Qualifications
• Agile/Scrum experience
• Knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps practices
• Banking or enterprise application experience is a plus
• Strong documentation and technical reporting skills
