DescriptionWe are seeking a
highly experienced Product Owner to support critical
CRM initiatives aligned to a major acquisition and 2026 product roadmap. This role will focus on a
CRM re-platforming and front-end redesign, requiring a Product Owner who can effectively span
both UI and UX, partner closely with engineering, and drive outcomes through strong documentation, backlog management, and product execution.
This is an ideal opportunity for a
tenured Product Owner with a proven track record of delivery, deep experience working directly with software engineering teams, and a passion for building high-quality client-facing products.
Key Responsibilities- Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring proper prioritization aligned to business objectives and product roadmap
- Partner closely with business stakeholders to understand client needs and translate them into clear, actionable requirements
- Lead product planning, discovery, and development efforts across CRM initiatives
- Translate business vision and high-level narratives into detailed user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria
- Create and maintain strong product documentation, including use cases, process flows, and functional requirements
- Collaborate daily with engineering, UX, and UI teams to guide design and development decisions
- Participate in all Agile ceremonies (daily standups, backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives)
- Identify and raise requirement risks, dependencies, and issues to appropriate stakeholders for resolution
- Represent stakeholder vision and priorities to the technology team, ensuring alignment across cross-functional partners
- Drive decisions forward by engaging business leaders outside of formal review meetings when needed
- Serve as a hands-on, available leader for the delivery team-providing clarity, direction, and feedback throughout execution
Required Skills & Qualifications (Must-Haves)- 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner with a strong, consistent delivery history
- This role requires a true Product Owner experience; candidates coming primarily from Project Manager, Scrum Master, or Delivery Manager roles will not be considered
- Extensive experience working directly with Software Engineering teams
- Proven ability to drive both UI and UX initiatives
- Strong experience with:
- Requirements gathering
- User story creation
- Backlog management and prioritization
- Advanced Jira proficiency
- Exceptional documentation skills (product requirements, use cases, process flows)
- Ability to independently drive results, influence teams, and keep work moving forward in fast-paced environments
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey both detailed and executive-level summaries
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills- Financial Services industry experience
- CRM platform experience (highly preferred)
- Experience supporting large-scale re-platforming or modernization initiatives
- Exposure to product work tied to mergers, acquisitions, or enterprise transformation efforts
Additional Qualifications- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to ramp up quickly
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, Agile environment
- Experience collaborating across business, product, UX, and technology teams

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $60.00 - $80.00/hr.
